This division is in charge of the Operational Qualification (OQ) of equipment pieces such as laminar flow hoods, biosafety cabins, fractioning or weighing cabins, airlocks (SAS) and air-conditioning systems (HVAC). Among others, we develop the following trials:

 

Determination of absolute filter integrity and air-tightness of filtration boxes; determination of injection airflow rates for the calculation of the renewals per hour rates in clean areas; determination of the velocity and uniformity of the air intake and outlet and calculation of the inflow for biosafety cabins (CSM); determination of class through particle count tests; induction test for new areas; determination of differential pressures between areas; determination of the parallelism in laminar flows (FL); determination of air flow patterns; determination of temperature, relative humidity and lighting and noise level.
